Welcome to this newly built (2020) cottage in the rural valley of the river Manifold, located close to the village of Longnor. This comfortable two-bedroom building is constructed of local stone, to current sustainable standards and Peak Park regulations. It is all-electric, uses solar panels and an air source heat pump with top quality insulation, underfloor heating.

The cottage features open plan kitchen, dining and living area with downstairs WC and cloakroom. Stairs leading to upstairs bedrooms, bedroom one features a king size bed, the second bedroom has two singles with the option of pushing together. Also upstairs is the bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.

 
The fully fitted kitchen, fridge with freeze section, electric safety radiation hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster and kettle, dishwasher, etc Washing and drying facilities available on request with iron and board in the cottage.

Internet with Wi-Fi throughout the cottage.

We provide a welcome pack and your choice of content on booking

(vegan, vegetarian, non-specific, mix).

Pets are welcome – no more than two small dogs or one larger, if they stay downstairs please. Stair gate available as required for children and/or pets.

We would appreciate if you managed to control boots or pets to not wander upstairs.

Cycles can be stored securely on request.

We offer a wood fuel B-B-Q for your use outdoors on the back patio.

Electric vehicle EV charging point is available on the property.
